| standards and are suitable for the production of garments, linings, car covers, |
| umbrellas, leisure .suits, curtains and bags. With total investment of about |
| USD10,000,000, we have three workshops, 200 sets of ZW408 water-jet looms |
| and other related equipments. |
| Wujiang Chenlong Xinsheng Textiles Co., Ltd. locates in the silk capital |
| of China named Shengze, which is in the south of Wujiang cityJiangsu |
| Province. To the north of Suzhou, east of Shanghai and south of Hangzhou, it is |
| the gold delta of two provinces of Jiangsu and Zhejiang and Shanghai city. It is |

| fabrics are AZO free, and they are dyed and finished by environmental-protection |
| processes. |

| market, including main markets such as Europe, Japan, and USA. We are |

| Company of Japan all along. |
